About Me
Drawn to metaphysical and esoteric studies as well as holistic practices from the teenage years, I was decades ahead of mainstream information in areas of nutrition and wellness. I was once told by the Vedic astrologer, Chakrapani, that I was drawn to anything and everything holistic.
I came to yoga, specifically Svaroopa® yoga at its original home in La Jolla, California in 1996 on the recommendation of a friend to relieve a pain in my hip. The pain went away, and I stayed.
The Work
The field of energy medicine is expanding, and science and quantum science are showing truly significant results taking place in mental and physical health through working with energy and vibration. People world wide are learning that energy can be used as a method to heal our bodies and minds, transforming our lives. My name is Jean Glover, and I am passionate about helping people feel better. The work I do focuses on the person as a whole being, integrating and balancing body, mind and breath/spirit. There are seven essentials for living a healthy life. These are what you eat, how you exercise, what you drink, how you sleep, how you breathe, what you think and how you love. These are all addressed through the work that I do. You are guided to discover your essence, embody the truth of your own being and integrate and balance your body, mind and spirit, bringing forth your healing potential on all levels. The body is designed to heal itself. We are made of energy. Everything is made of energy. As Albert Einstein said, “Everything is energy, and that’s all there is to it.”
